What Sets iOPro Apart?
Typically, companies in the same field install their own control equipment that is notably inferior when it comes to actual features, yet costs just the same. A slick BDM delivers the sales pitch and these companies assure their clients they can manage the controls just fine.
In fact (unbeknownst to the client) competitors in the mechanical services industry are doing the bare minimum - and in many cases not doing the work at all. It turns out these operators can’t deliver the automation part of the contract in the way they’d promised, due to lack of capability. As a result we have (on many occasions) found work just not done (not installed properly, unchecked, not tested etc.)
So the asset ends up performing poorly, yet the only options presented by contractors are cookie cutter, costly upgrades that many clients simply can’t budget for. Typically, the contractors then refer back to their standardised quote and tell the client it’s all their problem to deal with.
