Case Study 1
The existing Mechanical AC and the control system was at the end of its life, causing high energy costs, near daily comfort complaints from occupants, energy wastage and an inability to maintain comfort conditions due to control system limitations and inaccurate zoning. The building was occupied so interruptions were not acceptable.
Here’s how we built an entirely new system without interrupting normal working hours:
Case Study 2
The existing BMS system was in a poor state, with low visibility into operating performance, frequent service calls, and equipment running outside of design parameters due to BMS code problems. This reduced efficiency and created additional wear and failure of mechanical components. The owners were advised by other companies that a full, costly upgrade was their only option due to the age and state of the system.
